A. Right of Withdrawal / Refund Policy

Introduction
Consumers in the European Union (EU) have the right to withdraw from this contract under the following terms. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the last goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an explicit statement (e.g., email or mail). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received, including delivery costs (except additional costs arising from choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we are informed about your withdrawal.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged fees for such refunds. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return, whichever is earlier.

Return of Goods
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.

Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

Diminished Value
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if the value loss is due to handling that was not necessary to check the goods’ nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exclusions / Early Expiry
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods manufactured according to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene once unsealed.

Non-EU Customers
This right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers whose sole residence and delivery address at the time of purchase are outside the European Union.

General Instructions

  1. Please avoid damage or contamination. Return items in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. If the original packaging is not available, ensure adequate protection.
  2. Do not send the goods back freight collect (unpaid).
  3. Points 1–2 are not a prerequisite for exercising the withdrawal right.
