1. Mini & Mae – US Return Policy (Handmade Quilts)

Handmade Quilts

All sales of Mini & Mae handmade quilts are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference. 
Please review your order carefully before purchasing.
If your quilt arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@miniandmae.com within 14 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
Customers are responsible for return shipping of defective items.

2. Mini & Mae – US Return Policy (Clothing)

Clothing:

You may return or exchange Mini & Mae clothing within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be in original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@miniandmae.com.
Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned items.

Note for California customers: These terms comply with California consumer protection laws. Defective items must be eligible for replacement or refund.

 

A. Right of Withdrawal / Refund Policy EU

Consumers in the EU have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning goods.  
Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we receive the returned goods.  
This right does not apply to personalized goods or sealed hygiene products if unsealed.  
This right applies only to EU consumers.

General instructions:  
- Avoid damage or contamination.  
- Return items in original packaging if possible.  
- Do not send goods freight collect.
