Shipping Information
Please allow 3–5 business days to be processed and shipped. All orders are shipped from South Carolina, USA.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- U.S. Orders: 3–8 business days USPS is used for domestic orders.
- Canada Orders: DHL Express Worldwide: 1–3 business days
- International Orders: DHL Express Worldwide: 1–3 business days
All shipments include a tracking number.
International Shipping
Once your shipping label has been processed, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number. Please use this number to check the status of your parcel before contacting us regarding any shipping delays.
Customs & Duties
For international orders, including shipments any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Please keep in mind that delivery times may vary due to customs processing. While we do our best to ship quickly, these delays are unfortunately outside of our control.
Lost or Damaged Packages
In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible at info@miniandmae.com and we will be happy to assist you.
Mini and Mae is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses, no refund, for this reason, will be made. Please make sure the correct shipping address is entered at checkout.
Prices are subject to change due to increased prices from our shipping providers.
